AJA President Dr. David Adler Speaks on Jewish Fight Against Antisemitism in Australia

The Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) hosted this week a virtual conversation with Dr. David Adler, president of the Australian Jewish Association (AJA).

Established in 2017, the AJA’s core principles include: using the Torah as a guide for the policies in the Australian government, advancing the interests of liberal democratic values in Australia, and standing with Israel as the Jewish homeland.

“We’re all part of a global community,” Adler said during Thursday’s CAM Partners Series webinar. “So all of the issues that Jewish communities experience in the U.S., Europe, UK, and elsewhere occur in Australia as well. And, unfortunately, antisemitism is part of the spectrum.”

“We’re all about advocating from the perspective of principle, rather than from the perspective of political correctness,” Adler emphasized.
