At CAM Law Enforcement Forum in Manhattan, Port Authority Officers Trained to Identify Antisemitic Extremism

The Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) hosted a specialized training session for more than 40 Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department (PAPD) law enforcement personnel on Thursday.

The forum, held at the Museum of Jewish Heritage in Manhattan, focused on teaching police how to recognize and address antisemitism in all its contemporary forms and offered strategies and tools to prevent, respond to, and counter it.

Speakers and presenters during the morning-long program included included PAPD Chief Security Officer Superintendent Greg Ehrie, PAPD Superintendent Edward Cetnar, CAM President of U.S. Affairs Alyza Lewin, CAM Senior Advisor Joel Eisdorfer, and Parents4Peace Exit Peer Specialist Mubin Shaikh.

CAM works hand-in-hand with law enforcement authorities on a daily basis to secure and nurture Jewish life across the globe.

Similar CAM-organized law enforcement seminars have been held over the past year in New York, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Virginia.
