Law enforcement evacuated the Betty and Marvin Zale Early Childhood Learning Center, a Jewish preschool operated by the Adolph & Rose Levis Jewish Community Center in Boca Raton, Florida, following a bomb threat, media outlets reported on Monday.
At least one other nearby educational facility was also evacuated.
A student at neighboring Katz Yeshiva High School told The Jerusalem Post that a bomb threat was announced over the loudspeaker during English class.
“Traffic was blocked, because they weren’t letting any vans or cars in for carpool,” the student said. “They told us we needed to stay inside for a while, and they’d tell us when it was time to come out.”
The JCC later announced that the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office had determined the threat was not credible.
The organization confirmed that “all students and staff remained safe throughout the incident,” and that students had been reunited with their families.

No child should have to face this kind of terror at school.
