In the aftermath of the recent 12-day war between Israel and Iran, the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) activated its Israel Emergency Support Fund to provide assistance to those impacted by the conflict.

More than two dozen Israelis were killed in Iran’s ballistic missile salvos, thousands were wounded, and tens of thousands of homes were damaged, with many left uninhabitable.

CAM is partnering with carefully-vetted Israeli organizations to provide immediate relief and long-term recovery assistance to the victims of Iran’s aggression — with a focus on supporting evacuated families and funding trauma counseling, home rebuilding, and community healing programs.

The initiative reflects CAM’s unwavering commitment to Jewish solidarity, Israeli national resilience, and universal humanitarian values.

The organizations set to receive distributions in the first allocation round — totaling around $200,000 — include Alon & Ella, AMCHA, Clear Giving, Hazit Habait, and SafeHeart.

The projects to be funded are —

Alon & Ella: Support more than 200 displaced families affected by the Iran war — from Holon, Ramat Gan, Bat Yam, and Petah Tikva — through a range of targeted relief initiatives.

AMCHA: Address critical needs among Israel’s elderly Holocaust survivor population — many of whom were traumatized by missile alerts, evacuations, and prolonged isolation. Survivors already living with post-traumatic stress were particularly vulnerable to emotional destabilization brought on by the Iran war.

Clear Giving: Offer financial relief to vulnerable families affected by the Iran war, especially those who work in cleaning, caregiving, maintenance, deliveries, and other hourly or informal jobs. Many of these families lost their income due to job cancellations and are struggling to afford basic necessities.

Hazit Habait: Provide furniture and home rehabilitation for those returning to damaged residences.

SafeHeart: Facilitate therapy for Nova music festival survivors for whom the recent Iran war triggered a new and severe wave of trauma relapse.

The Israel Emergency Support Fund was originally established by CAM following the October 7th massacre. To date, CAM donors and partners have generously contributed $4.6 million to the fund, which has been distributed to more than 60 entities and individuals, helping meet the needs of hundreds of thousands of Israelis adversely affected by the past 21 months of war.
