A U.S. distribution agreement has been finalized between Grace3 Technologies, SafeGuardAI, and Otoos, marking a “major milestone in forging stronger ties between African American entrepreneurs and Israeli innovators,” National Black Empowerment Council (NBEC) Founder and President Darius Jones announced on Tuesday.
The deal was described in a press statement as a “pivotal move towards enhancing construction safety through cutting-edge automation and accident prevention technologies.”
Jones emphasized that the agreement was a result of a NBEC-organized solidarity visit to Israel by a delegation of 16 African American business leaders in May.
“I led that delegation with the belief that our communities are stronger when we stand united, and today, that belief has borne fruit,” Jones said.
During their time in Israel, the delegation members attended a networking reception hosted by the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) and Ximus Forum.
CAM CEO Sacha Roytman tweeted after the event, “Our conversations were profound as we shared the common challenges our communities face, discussed how we build sustainable businesses, and explored the values that drive us forward and inspire our leaders. It filled me with immense pride to see Black Americans and Jews united in Israel, passionately discussing how to build an economic shield to protect us from hatred, grounded in our shared values.”
“A special shoutout to Darius Jones, a dear friend and the visionary leader of the National Black Empowerment Council,” Roytman added. “He is truly a force of nature, and his work continues to inspire us all.”

In Tuesday’s announcement, Jones called the agreement a “groundbreaking development that represents a significant victory for the Black and Jewish business communities,” noting it was not “just another business agreement — it’s a game-changer that demonstrates the power of collaboration, the strength of shared vision, and the immense potential that lies in uniting our communities.”
“The strategic partnership between Grace3 Technologies, SafeGuardAI, and Otoos is more than a win for those involved, it’s a win for all of us who are committed to building bridges between Black and Jewish communities,” he added. “It’s a testament to what is possible when we support one another — economically, culturally, and strategically. This collaboration not only advances innovation in construction safety but also goes a long way in reshaping the narrative on Israel within the Black community.”
