Seattle Police Searching for Man Who Stalked Jewish Family’s Home, Made Antisemitic Gestures and Threats
Police in Seattle, Washington, are investigating a disturbing incident in which an unidentified man stalked a Jewish family’s home and made antisemitic gestures that were caught on camera.
Eerie doorbell security footage shows the man pacing back and forth in front of the home, located in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood, and extending his arm in a Nazi salute.
He also stood outside the homeowner’s daughter’s window and threatened to kidnap her and kill her parents.
The home has a mezuzah on the door, identifying its residents as Jewish.
“My entire life is affected by what antisemitism can do, and this is the most overt incident I’ve ever experienced, and I’m scared,” the homeowner told the local KING 5 news station.
The Seattle Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the man.
The department’s Bias Crimes Unit is involved in the investigation.
