In response to the antisemitic rhetoric at the Glastonbury music festival in the United Kingdom last weekend, five survivors of the Nova music festival massacre in southern Israel on October 7th came together to share how it felt to witness such a horrific display of hatred on a global stage.
“We escaped near death at a music festival,” said Nova survivor and Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) Public Affairs Officer Natalie Sanandaji, who organized the video. “Now we sit and watch as other festival goers chant in support of our death. But we won’t stay silent. We won’t be afraid. We will keep speaking, and we will make sure our voices are heard.”
