Job Opportunity: CAM Is Hiring an Events and Data Associate

The Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) is a global coalition engaging 900 partner organizations and five million people from a diverse array of religious, political, and cultural backgrounds in the common mission of fighting the world’s oldest hatred.

CAM is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our growing team as an Events and Data Associate. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on attention to detail, enjoys working behind the scenes, and understands the importance of consistency in data and processes.

Reporting to the Director of Events and Special Projects, this role is essential to keeping our event systems, communications, and backend operations running seamlessly. The Events & Data Associate will manage core tasks that support the effective and efficient execution of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update event data in Cvent and other event platforms
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of event invitations and email campaigns using tools like Mail Merge and HubSpot
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in shared inboxes (e.g., events@ and info@)
  • Assist with backend webinar support, including tech setup and live monitoring
  • Act as the internal point person for day-to-day usage and consistency within HubSpot (e.g., ensuring accurate tagging, record management, and user discipline)
  • Collaborate with the team to document processes and support organizational knowledge-sharing
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing programmatic initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience working in a non-profit or mission-driven organization is a plus. Must have experience or strong interest in data entry, CRM systems, and event platforms. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skills: Must have strong organizational skills, clear communication abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail. Must be comfortable managing multiple small projects and tasks simultaneously. Must be tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new platforms and systems.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Compensation: Competitive non-profit salary commensurate with experience.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Type: This is a full-time, remote-work position
  • Location: U.S.-based, Central or East Coast time zones preferred, and comfortable with remote-work across a global team in a fast-based environment.    .
