CAM’s Coalition in Action – Standing Against Antisemitism and in Support of Israel (May 17th)
May 21, 2021
Each week, we highlight the activities of our partner organizations around the world who are doing amazing work to combat anti-Semitism in their communities.
The week of May 17th saw a continued spike in antisemitism across the world in response to events in the Middle East as Hamas launched rockets into Israel. Jewish communities were harrassed both verbally and physically by pro-Palestinian protestors. Many of CAM’s partners helped to raise awareness of these attacks and encouraged political and communal leaders to speak out against the dangers of antisemitism.

We vehemently reject a Congressional resolution aimed at preventing the sale of arms to our ally in the Middle East: #Israel.
Efforts underway in Congress could hamstring the Jewish state in future defensive operations against Hamas and Hezbollah.
