The need for local action has never been clearer. CAM’s new national Survey on Antisemitism in the United States, released in 2026, found that 57% of Jewish American adults experienced antisemitism in the past year, 58% feel less safe than they did a year ago, and 38% now hide visible signs of their Jewish identity. These numbers describe daily life in American cities and towns, and local leaders are on the front lines of the response.

This survey asks about your city’s current policies, programs, and actions on antisemitism, including education, interfaith collaboration, and law enforcement response to hate crimes. Your answers will help CAM identify what’s already working in your municipality and where additional tools, training, or guidance could help.

Responses will inform the Municipal Antisemitism Action Plan, CAM’s national framework for offering best practices and measuring progress across cities, and will directly shape the resources CAM builds for municipal leaders going forward.
