Where Cities Lead the Fight Against Hate

At the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM), we believe the front lines of the fight against antisemitism start at City Hall. That’s why we’re proud to partner with over 2,000 mayors and municipal leaders across North America who are turning principles into action and standing up for stronger, hate-free communities.

This Action Center is your gateway to real-world tools, model policies, training resources, and peer-driven strategies that empower local governments to take bold, effective action against antisemitism. Whether you’re looking to pass a local ordinance, build interfaith coalitions, train first responders, or launch a citywide education initiative—this is your starting point.

Explore. Collaborate. Act.
Join the growing movement of cities standing up, speaking out, and making an impact—because fighting hate starts with local leadership.

A Framework for Action

The Municipal Antisemitism Action Index is a strategic framework that empowers mayors and municipal leaders to take bold, effective action against antisemitism. Developed in close collaboration with local officials, the Index outlines a clear set of policy priorities, legislative tools, and actionable steps that cities can adopt to confront antisemitism in their cities.

The Index is a practical guide and blueprint for local leadership – helping cities identify and implement the most effective strategies to combat antisemitism. It provides a flexible, action-oriented framework across four key areas: legislation and policy, education and awareness, community engagement, and law enforcement and judicial action.

The Index empowers municipalities to self-assess, adopt proven solutions, and track their progress. From passing hate crimes ordinances to launching interfaith initiatives and training first responders, the Index equips mayors with the tools they need to lead with clarity and courage against antisemitism, hate, and bigotry.

Explore the Index today and join a growing network of cities committed to turning local leadership into lasting change.
