THIS WEEK'S GLOBAL ANTISEMITISM REPORT
This week, we continued to monitor antisemitism around the world while advocating for more actions to be made.
Hatred of the Jewish state inspired more antisemitic violence, vandalism, and hate speech across the globe this week.
- France: A French air traffic controller transmitted “Free Palestine” to a Tel Aviv-bound El Al flight over the radio 12 minutes after takeoff from Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, France.
- Netherlands: Dutch police arrested three suspects on Tuesday morning after red paint was thrown at the Israeli Embassy in The Hague and the building’s front door was smashed.
- Italy: Three men reportedly attacked a Jewish couple, shouting “dirty Jew” at the husband, throwing water and spitting on them, and unleashing a dog that attacked them near the famed Rialto Bridge in Venice, Italy.
- Canada: A 32-year-old Jewish man was brutally attacked while out with his children in Montreal’s Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension borough.
