Global Antisemitic Violence Across Ideological Spectrum

  • Hungary: A group of German tourists assaulted several Israelis in Budapest, shouting “Heil Hitler” and “kill the Jews.”
  • Tunisia: A man attacked a Jewish jewelry shop owner with a machete in the city of Djerba, severing his fingers.
  • Switzerland: An anti-Israel protester directed a throat-slitting gesture toward Israeli Eurovision contestant Yuval Raphael in Basel.
Other threats were monitored in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
