THIS WEEK'S GLOBAL ANTISEMITISM REPORT
This week, we continued to monitor antisemitism around the world while advocating for more actions to be made.
The Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) mourns the tragic deaths of Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim in the horrific shooting attack on Wednesday night outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C.
The young couple, both Israeli Embassy staff members, were murdered in cold blood, at point-blank range, by Elias Rodriguez, a 30-year-old Chicago man with a history of far-left activism. As he was arrested, Rodriguez shouted “Free, free Palestine.”
“For those who wondered about the context of whether a particular chant was hate speech or antisemitic, this is what it looks like when physically manifested,” said CAM CEO Sacha Roytman. “We have warned about the growing violence of the far-left, and now it seems that our deepest fears have come true.”
CAM extends its deepest condolences to the Lischinsky and Milgrim families.
