Anti-Semitism on College Campuses Continues to Grow Around the World
A new wave of anti-Semitism is targeting college campuses. 70% of US universities experienced classical or Israel-related anti-Semitic behavior in 2018. In the last year alone, Jewish students have been subjected to harassment, vandalism, classroom abuse, and occasional violent outbursts. Often, the BDS Movement brings anti-Semitism to campus.
Despite nearly all colleges and universities being closed due to COVID-19, anti-Semitism persists as student groups move to virtual setting and empty campuses are vandalized with anti-Semitic graffiti.
