Professor Channa Newman’s Combat Anti-Semitism Story

Professor Channa Newman filed a lawsuit against Point Park University for employment discrimination based on her Jewish and Israeli ancestry, after a concerted effort led by anti-Zionist faculty and students to create a hostile work environment. Professor Newman, a Holocaust survivor with U.S., Israeli and Czech citizenship, has been employed by Point Park since 1964 and is the chair of the department of humanities and social sciences.
