Meet Our Partner: American Hellenic Institute
Founded in 1974, the American Hellenic Institute (AHI) is independent non-profit public policy and advocacy center, headquartered in Washington, D.C., that works to strengthen relations between the United States and Greece and Cyprus.
With the self-defined mission of “upholding the rule of law in matters of U.S. foreign policy,” the AHI seeks to advance the best interests of the U.S. on issues of importance to Greek Americans.
“Greece, Cyprus, and of course the relationship that has developed with Israel over the last 8 to 10 years, these countries are the pillar of stability in the Eastern Mediterranean,” AHI President and CEO Nick Larigakis said.
