33% of Dan Bilzerian’s Congressional Campaign X Posts Are Antisemitic, New CAM Analysis Reveals

Podcaster and antisemitic conspiracy theorist Dan Bilzerian is among the candidates challenging Congressman Randy Fine in the August 18th Republican primary in Florida’s 6th District.

In the run-up to the election, Bilzerian has used his social media platforms to openly and proudly promote Jew-hatred to mass audiences online.

The X account for Bilzerian’s congressional campaign, @ElectBilzerian, has nearly 81,000 followers (his personal account has 2.1 million). Its themes — including Holocaust denial, alleged Jewish blackmail schemes, and supposed Jewish plots to subvert U.S. sovereignty and assassinate American political figures — make clear that the central plank of Bilzerian’s political platform is antisemitism.

There is no other governing agenda offered by Bilzerian except demonizing Jews and sowing hatred of the State of Israel. For instance, the purpose of elections, a post on Bilzerian’s campaign account said, should be to purge “Israel from every city, county, district, and state in America.”

A new investigation by CAM’s Antisemitism Research Center (ARC) shows that 33% of the content posted to Bilzerian’s campaign account is antisemitic hate speech. The ARC’s findings are drawn from keywords searches for “Israel,” “Jews,” “Jew,” “Zionist,” “Zionists,” “Holocaust,” “Gaza,” and “Netanyahu” in the account’s 657 posts between May 12 and August 10.

During that 90-day period, 218 of the account’s posts included at least one of those keywords.

These posts were then scored on a 0.00 to 1.00 hostility scale, based on linguistic markers, contextual framing, and antisemitic tropes. A total of 215 of the posts, or 99%, were deemed hostile, with an average score of 0.85.

The antisemitic posts reached an estimated 23.6 million people, generating 12.5 million views, 460,800 likes, 13,100 comments, and 80,900 shares.

A post by Bilzerian positing that an accurate census of Jews would “disprove the Holocaust” received 646,565 views. A post viewed 937,238 times called for “a census on the real number of Jews in the United States”  to illustrate “their burden on American tax payers.”

“Israel,” Bilzerian said, was “the greatest enemy within America.” “The Trumps,” he claimed, were “a Jewish family in Christian Skin suits” who “looted and plundered Americans for Israel.” The late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, Bilzerian asserted in a post getting 730,727 views, was “assassinated on a giant menorah at a college known for deepstate intelligence operations tied to Israel.”

Just this week, Bilzerian published a fake AI video accusing Fine of staging the vandalism of a campaign sign with a Nazi swastika.

Bilzerian’s monomaniacal fixation on Jews and Israel and his monotonous proliferation of antisemitic tropes is emblematic of what CAM CEO Sacha Roytman has called “Antisemitic Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.”

In a 2024 op-ed, Roytman argued that an obsession with Jews and Israel displays the same symptoms that define OCD — persistent irrational thoughts, urges, and mental images that prompt repetitive physical actions or mental rituals. Thus, Bilzerian is obsessed with Jews and his mental disorder compels him to post about it on social media while running a political campaign against a Jewish congressman in order to attack Jews.

The difference between normative OCD and its antisemitic version is that the latter harms not only the subject tortured by an all-consuming obsession but also the object of the fixation — the Jewish people.
