Antisemitism Surges 45.9% in UK in October, ARC Monthly Report Finds

In October 2025, the Antisemitism Research Center (ARC) by CAM monitored 669 antisemitic incidents across the globe, an average of 21.6 incidents per day and almost identical to the 674 incidents tracked in October 2024.

From January 1 to October 31, 2025, a total of 5,785 incidents were recorded, 6.4% higher than the 5,439 incidents tallied from January 1 to October 31, 2024.

A total of 143 antisemitic incidents were recorded in the United Kingdom in October, representing a 45.9% increase from the 98 incidents recorded in October 2024 and a 38.8% increase from the 103 incidents recorded in September 2025.

553 of the 669 incidents (82.7%) recorded in October involved Israel-related antisemitism, reflecting the persistent trend of anti-Zionist rhetoric and attacks directed at Jewish individuals and institutions in the ongoing aftermath of the October 7th massacre, even as the U.S.-brokered Gaza ceasefire agreement went into effect.

There were 71 acts of vandalism (10.6%) in October targeting Jewish institutions and private properties with Nazi swastikas or other antisemitic symbols or threats.

35 incidents (5.2%) in October involved violence or threats of violence, including physical assaults, bomb threats, and other explicit attempts to intimidate or harm Jewish individuals or communities.

A total of 266 antisemitic incidents were recorded in the United States in October, representing a 12.2% decrease from the 303 incidents recorded in October 2024.

Around the world, there were 177 acts of antisemitism on college campuses targeting Jewish students and communal bodies in October.

75.5% of the incidents the ARC recorded in October were linked to far-left ideology, followed by the Islamist (12%), unattributable (8.7%), and far-right (3.9%) categories.
