Recent events show that more people around the world are empowered to espouse dangerous anti-Semitic rhetoric. The Iranian Supreme Leader’s latest anti-Semitic diatribe on Twitter reminds us that Iran is the largest state-sponsor of anti-Semitism and that social media is a critical frontier in the fight against anti-Semitism. Thankfully, TikTok recently took action to counter anti-Semitism on its platform.

Also in the past week, a TikTok star was suspended by the US Army for making a Holocaust joke and Hitler salute to his 3 million fans, anti-Semitic flyers again appeared at Arizona State University, two Jewish men were stricken in a hit-and-run in Brooklyn, along with many more stories available in this week’s Combat Anti-Semitism Newsletter.
