Coming from Brooklyn, New York, Arthur holds an MA in International Relations from New York University, as well as a BA in International Affairs, Russian Studies, and Public Policy, also from New York University. With a deep-rooted passion for the intersection of policy and government, Arthur has gained valuable experience working with various public and private lobbying firms, as well as serving in the Office of Congressman Hakeem Jeffries.
