Shay is an entrepreneur and international liaison with extensive expertise in disaster and emergency management. He represented the National Institutions of the State of Israel in Latin America, serving as the Emissary of the Jewish Agency and later of Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael-Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF). He devoted nearly 20 years of his life to the world of emergency medicine, both in clinical and educational roles in Israel, as well as participated in relief missions around the world. Prior to joining CAM, Shay led humanitarian aid projects in Central America and was consequently honored as Peace Ambassador of Guatemala. His leadership experience also includes serving as the CEO and Vice President of international medical startups. Shay completed three years of military service with honors and served in the reserves as a paramedic for more than ten years.
