Dr. Orna Triguboff is the founder and spiritual teacher of the Neshama Life organization. She has been a meditation and yoga teacher for more than 20 years, and was trained by Hatha yoga teacher Acharya Upendra Roy.
Triguboff has a Ph.D. in Kabbalah and is an ordained rabbi by the Jewish Renewal movement. She is passionate about synthesizing ancient wisdom with nature and scientific findings, and she regularly teaches courses in Australia and internationally in Kabbalah study and meditation.
