Lisa Katz is Chief Government Affairs Officer of CAM. A distinguished professional with a multifaceted background in law, business, and community leadership, Lisa graduated from both The Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, and continued her academic pursuits at Fordham Law School, obtaining her Juris Doctor.
With a career spanning over three decades, Lisa first worked as a corporate and securities attorney in New York City before transitioning to serve as in-house counsel for organizations including ImClone Systems, Universal American Financial Corp., and The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. She later founded the Law Offices of Lisa S. Katz, PLLC.
Beyond her legal practice, Lisa is a longtime advocate for social justice and community empowerment. She served as an elected Town Councilmember and subsequently as Town Supervisor (mayor) in the Town of New Castle from 2014 to 2024, and made combating antisemitism and hatred of all forms a top municipal priority.
