Sheina Gutnick serves as Public Affairs Advocate for CAM Australia. Based in Melbourne, Sheina became a prominent voice for the Jewish community in the aftermath of the December 14 Bondi attack, following the murder of her father, Reuven Morrison, who was killed while protecting others. In the wake of this tragedy, she has stepped into a leading role in communal advocacy, speaking publicly, engaging with government, and working to strengthen support, safety, and awareness for Jewish communities across Australia and beyond.
With a background in psychology and extensive experience in education, Sheina has worked closely with Jewish youth and families through a range of programs and initiatives. She has been deeply involved in community organizations, focusing on identity, resilience, and practical support, and is known for her ability to connect emotional insight with real-world impact.
Through her work with CAM, Sheina brings both personal experience and professional grounding to her advocacy, with a clear focus on confronting antisemitism, supporting victims and their families, and strengthening Jewish life in the diaspora.
