CAM Participates in First ‘Red de Gobierno con Valores’ International Forum in Nashville
The Combat Antisemitism Movement participated earlier this month in the first international forum of the “Red de Gobierno con Valores” organization, held in Nashville, Tennessee.
Part of the Washington, D.C.-based Christian Center for Public Life, the mission of “Red de Gobierno con Valores” is to train new Christian leaders for public life through education and skills development programs.
The forum was attended by 77 prominent figures from 16 countries — Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Peru, Puerto Rico, United States, and Uruguay.
CAM was represented at by Director of Hispanic Outreach Shay Salamon, who addressed the issues of antisemitism and religious freedom.
Other speakers at the forum included Dr. Manuel Valdez of the Dominican Republic, Dr. Gerardo Bogantes of Costa Rica, Dr. Xavier Abad of Ecuador, Dr. Gerardo A. Amarilla of Uruguay, and Dr. Gabriel Flores Ciani of Argentina.
A keynote presentation was delivered by bestselling U.S. author Johnny Enlow.
The next “Red de Gobierno con Valores” forum is scheduled to take place in Brazil in October.
