“We are dedicated to maintaining an open dialogue with UN institutions to facilitate impactful change and to advocate for Israel’s equitable treatment as a UN member state,” CAM and CJI said.
In a statement marking the sixth-month anniversary of October 7th over the weekend, Secretary-General Guterres declared, “The 7th of October is a day of pain for Israel and the world. Nothing can justify the horror unleashed by Hamas. I once again condemn the use of sexual violence, torture & kidnapping of civilians, and call for the unconditional release of all the hostages.”
