Join the fight against rising campus antisemitism by taking part today in Hillel International’s #OwnYourStar social media campaign!

Post a picture or video on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook, on Tuesday, October 12th, and use the hashtag #OwnYourStar to showcase your Jewish pride — whether that’s by displaying the Star of David or sharing a memorable Jewish experience.

As Jew-hatred runs rampant at colleges and universities worldwide, with 60% of Jewish students having personally experienced antisemitism, it is time to take a communal stand against bigotry.

While 83% of Jewish college students say they are proud to be Jewish, only 62% are comfortable showing this pride to others.

“We want to close that gap and make students feel comfortable expressing their Jewish pride, even in the face of hate,” Hillel International said.
