Indian Pluralism Foundation to Host Webinar on Interfaith Efforts to Tackle Rising Antisemitism in West

Status: Ended

With antisemitism on the rise in the West, join an interactive online discussion on how this alarming trend can be countered effectively.

The webinar — organized by the Indian Pluralism Foundation, and co-sponsored by the Foundation For Ethnic Understanding (FFEU), Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM), and American Jewish Committee (AJC) — will take place on Thursday, July 29th, at 9:30 AM EDT.

The conversation will feature remarks from Holly Huffnagle, the AJC’s U.S. Director for Combating Antisemitism; Rabbi Andrew Baker, the AJC’s Director of International Jewish Affairs; and Fiyaz Mughal, Trustee for Muslims Against Antisemitism.

The panel will be moderated by Arjun Hardas, the AJC’s India Representative, and co-hosted by Owaiz Aslam, Founder of the Indian Pluralism Foundation.

The panelists will analyze the challenges presented by antisemitic behavior in the West and highlight sustainable solutions to combat Jew-hatred.

The Indian Pluralism Foundation strives to build a platform for members of different faiths from around the world to actively fight antisemitism and other forms of religious hatred through global interfaith initiatives.

As a point of departure, this webinar seeks to connect the public with the work of participating organizations in tackling the age-old evil of antisemitism.
