The Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) is a global coalition engaging more than 850 organizations from a diverse array of religious, political, and cultural backgrounds in the common mission of fighting antisemitism.
The role of the Head of Partnerships is designed to oversee CAM’s coalition of global partnerships. The role focuses on building and maintaining new, existing, and strategic partnerships, coordinating initiatives, campaigns, major events, partner roundtables, and supporting various organizational tasks to effectively combat antisemitism globally.
The Head of Partnership will report to CAM’s CEO.
Key Functions:
• Strategic Partnership Planning: Design and implement a strategic partnership plan. Develop clear goals and objectives for CAM’s overall partnership efforts.
• Relationship Management: Manage and nurture existing relationships with partner organizations, institutions, and influencers, and stakeholder philanthropists. Cultivate and engage new partners from diverse constituencies to support CAM’s mission and activities. Map potential partners and build a strategic introduction process to the grow the coalition.
• Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint initiatives, campaigns, and events that raise awareness and mobilize efforts against antisemitism.
• Cross Team Cooperation: Work with staff across CAM’s global regions in the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Israel.
• Public Engagement: Represent CAM at partner meetings, conferences, and events, advocating for our mission and raising awareness about the importance of combating antisemitism.
• Data-Driven Advocacy: Regularly assess the impact and effectiveness of partnership initiatives, providing data-driven insights to guide future strategies.
• Marketing Deliverables: Build partnerships through email, website, and social media platforms. Work with the team to determine strategy, content, and design that enhances partnership materials with consistent messaging.
• Program Design & Execution: Initiate and execute high-level programs from ideation to completion. Oversee briefings, events, contests, and other programs. The candidate will oversee content creation, program design, and speaker engagement for related activities.
Qualifications:
• The position is open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in partnership development.
• Advanced organizational and management skills with a minimum of 4-5 years management experience.
• A strong commitment and passion for CAM’s mission; knowledge of antisemitism, interfaith and intercultural relations and advocacy.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills a plus.
• Adept at working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, along with independent and creative thinking.
• Experienced and adept at using a CRM platform, Google & Microsoft product suites, and other technology solutions.
Terms and Conditions:
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
• Position is based in United States.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time, with the possibility of additional travel as
needed.
