The latest cohort of winners of the Combat Antisemitism Innovation Lab will be honored in an online closing ceremony on Tuesday, August 29, at 10 AM ET.

The event will be broadcast on Zoom here.

The winners, announced last month, are: Heath Sloane, ZoƩ Tara Zeigherman, Robert Tepper, and Lievnath Faber.

All winners received allocations of seed funding to further develop and implement their projects.

The goal of the Innovation Lab is meant to foster game-changing initiatives and fresh solutions that effectively address the challenge of rising antisemitism globally.

CAM will follow up with the winners in six months to get progress reports on their work. We congratulate all the winners and wish them the best of luck in their inspiring efforts to help defeat the worldā€™s oldest hatred!

The details of the chosen proposals follow ā€”

Heath Sloane: ā€œCombating Chinese Antisemitism Through Multimediaā€ —Ā  The project aims to create a permanent digital resource that raises awareness of antisemitism and equips advocates with resources to fight antisemitism within Chinese-speaking communities.

ZoĆ© Tara Zeigherman: ā€œZionism & Anti-Zionism: The History of Two Opposing Ideasā€ — The project aims to produce a stylish YouTube video series featuring Dr. Einat Wilf that makes Zionism trendy and fills the gap in knowledge of Jewish history on college campuses.

Robert Tepper: ā€œThe Jewish Question: A One-Man Play in a Paris Hotel Room With Theodor Herzlā€ — The project aims to devise a one-man stage play illuminating Zionist visionary Theodor Herzlā€™s ten-day stay at the HĆ“tel de Castille in Paris, France, in 1895, during which he wrote his famous pamphlet The Jewish State.

Lievnath Faber: ā€œThe Jewish Manifestoā€ — The project aims to formulate, in a collaborative manner among more than 300 Dutch Jews, an interactive and multidimensional on/offline manifesto that is a declaration of the dreams, desires, fears, and demands of the Jewish community in the Netherlands.
