After a year of ongoing war, hear Israeli winemakers and industry professionals share their stories of resilience and hope, reflecting on the complex challenges they face today and their passionate visions for a better future.
Over the past 12 months, since the tragic events of October 7, Israeli society has been thrust into a harsh new reality. With threats pressing in on all borders, the entire nation has been forced to adapt to an existence defined by constant danger and profound grief. Among the hardest hit sectors has been the wine industry, with vineyards in the north and south directly in the line of fire, facing relentless attacks and significant losses.
Wineries that once thrived in tranquility and peace have found themselves at the epicenter of conflict. Vineyards have been bombarded, harvests destroyed, and the livelihoods of countless families jeopardized. Yet, amid these overwhelming challenges, stories of courage and perseverance have emerged, highlighting the unyielding spirit of those who continue to bring light to their communities.
We invite you to join us for a powerful online event where the personal stories of winemakers and industry professionals will be shared. Hosted by Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) Director of Community Engagement Shira Granot, this webinar will offer a rare opportunity to hear firsthand accounts of resilience from those who have endured unimaginable hardships.
