Meet Indiana University’s Student-Led ‘Antisemitism Prevention Task Force’
Amid a disturbing surge of incidents targeting Jews on its Bloomington campus this past academic year, Indiana University established a student-led “Antisemitism Prevention Task Force” to address the threatening trend and offer solutions.
Among other initiatives, hundreds of red mezuzahs bearing the message “I stand with my Jewish friends” were placed on door frames across campus in a public show of solidarity.
A new Jewish culture center was also recently opened at the school.
