GLOBAL ANTISEMITISM REPORT

THIS WEEK'S GLOBAL ANTISEMITISM REPORT

This week, we continued to monitor antisemitism around the world while advocating for more actions to be made.

Shockingly, three vehicles near St. Louis, Missouri this week were set on fire, and graffiti reading “Death to the IDF” was discovered outside the home of a U.S. citizen who previously served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). The local police department, along with the FBI and St. Louis Regional Bomb and Arson Unit, are investigating the attack as a hate crime.
Other incidents documented this week include:
  • Australia: Tens of thousands of anti-Israel demonstrators marched across Sydney’s Harbour Bridge on Sunday, shouting “long live the intifada,” “death to the IDF,” and “free Palestine.”
  • United States: A man in Portland, Oregon screamed, “Heil Hitler. He should finish all of you” at people holding posters of Israeli hostages.
  • Argentina: A Jewish passenger flying from Buenos Aires to Madrid on Iberia Airlines on Monday discovered the phrase “Free Palestine” handwritten on the packaging of his kosher meal.
  • Netherlands: A nurse in the Netherlands is under criminal investigation after allegedly posting death threats against Israeli patients on social media, including “all Zionists can die in healthcare and I’m happy to help” and “As a nurse practitioner, I give [Zionists] an extra injection so they go to heaven.”

Amid such antisemitic graffiti, posters, protests, attacks, and threats to Jewish and Israeli tourists in cities around the world, we can’t stay silent.

If you witness public antisemitism, report it. CAM collects and exposes these incidents to push for action. Report it here: https://combatantisemitism.org/report/
