Job Opportunity: CAM Is Hiring a Project Manager for European Affairs

The Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) is seeking a Project Manager for European Affairs to support the Executive Director for European Affairs by assisting with political monitoring, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, communications, and logistical coordination across Europe.

This position requires strong organizational skills, political awareness, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in European public affairs, international relations, civil society engagement, and the fight against antisemitism and racism.

Key Responsibilities

Political & Media Monitoring:

  • Conduct daily monitoring of European political, institutional, and media developments relevant to the organization’s priorities.
  • Track key debates, policy developments, elections, speeches, and public narratives related to antisemitism, racism, extremism, democracy, and international affairs.
  • Prepare concise briefings and media summaries for internal use.
  • Monitor social media, think tanks, NGOs, and institutional communications across Europe.

Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Identify and maintain a network of European partners, institutions, NGOs, policymakers, academics, media figures, and civil society stakeholders.
  • Research relevant conferences, parliamentary events, and international forums for potential participation and representation.
  • Support outreach efforts, relationship management, and the coordination of meetings, calls, and strategic introductions.

Benchmarking & NGO Monitoring:

  • Monitor campaigns, reports, and initiatives led by peer organizations and advocacy groups.
  • Identify trends, partnership opportunities, and strategic positioning within the European civil society landscape.

Project & Event Management:

  • Support the coordination of European projects, conferences, and high-level events, including the European Mayors Summit.
  • Manage invitations, RSVP tracking, stakeholder follow-up, and event logistics.
  • Assist with agendas, briefing materials, and operational coordination with partners, speakers, and participants.

Database & Contact Management:

  • Maintain, update, and clean stakeholder databases and contact lists on HubSpot.

Communications & Newsletter Support:

  • Assist with the preparation of the CAM EU bi-monthly newsletter and external communications.
  • Draft and edit short content, invitations, event summaries, and briefing notes.

Travel & Logistics Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements and schedules across Europe.

Preferred Profile

  • Strong interest in European politics, international affairs, public policy, and civil society engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, CRM Management, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms.
  • Previous experience in political affairs, NGOs, advocacy, communications, or international organizations is an asset.
