Register now for a special event featuring Marion Wiesel, Holocaust survivor and wife of late Nobel Laureate Elie Wiesel.
The webinar, titled “In Her Own Words: A Conversation With Marion Wiesel,” is being hosted by Moment Magazine on Thursday, July 15th, at 4:30 PM EDT.
The talk will be moderated by Moment Editor-in-Chief Nadine Epstein, editor of Elie Wiesel: An Extraordinary Life.
Marion Wiesel escaped an internment camp with her family during the Holocaust. She is a translator, humanitarian, and activist who marched for civil rights in the South.
Along with her husband, she founded the Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity to fight indifference, intolerance, and injustice in the world, and the Beit Tzipora Centers to assist and educate Ethiopian refugees in Israel.
She is a recipient of the 2001 U.S. Medal of Citizenship.
