By instructing the Department of Education to adopt the same standard outlined in Executive Order 13899, issued by both former President Donald Trump and maintained by President Joe Biden, this legislation aims to combat antisemitism effectively.
Recent events have highlighted the urgent need for such measures. Antisemitic protests on university campuses, characterized by violence and intimidation tactics, have created an unsafe environment for Jewish students.
