The Combat Antisemitism Movement’s “No Discriminarás” (“Thou Shall Not Discriminate”) traveling art exhibit went on display last Thursday at the Congress of Paraguay in Asunción.
The official launch event — co-hosted by CAM en Español and President of the Chamber of Deputies of Paraguay Raúl Latorre — was attended by more than 100 government officials, lawmakers, diplomats, civil society leaders, and Jewish community representatives.

The “No Discriminarás” exhibit — created by Argentine artist Adrián Franco, known as “Pati” — features of a set of sketched vignettes portraying different manifestations of contemporary Jew-hatred, ranging from negative stereotyping of Jews to Holocaust denial, based on the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) Working Definition of Antisemitism‘s 11 examples.
“Paraguay’s support for Israel and the Jewish people is clear, firm, and irrevocable,” Latorre said. “Even in the darkest moments, Israel will never stand alone. If it looks back, it will find a nation and a people standing with it — the Paraguayan people.”

CAM Executive Director of Latin American Affairs Shay Salamon said, “Antisemitism is not only a threat to the Jewish people; it is a warning sign for every democratic society. Through ‘No Discriminarás,’ we are turning a complex and painful issue into a visual, educational, and accessible experience that helps people recognize hatred before it becomes normalized.”

Over the past three years, the exhibit has visited Buenos Aires, Argentina, Santiago, Chile, Montevideo, Uruguay, Quito, Ecuador, and Panama City, Panama, among other locations, reaching diverse audiences across Latin America.
Thursday’s event was broadcast live on the official television channel of the Congress of Paraguay and received extensive media coverage.

The exhibit is open to the public free of charge in the Reading Room of the Library of the Congress of Paraguay until July 3.
CAM’s outreach in Latin America began more than five years ago, and since then it has worked diligently to build meaningful partnerships and friendships with influential leaders, legislators, diplomats, community organizations, and civil society activists from a diverse assortment of religious, political and cultural backgrounds in the region to combat antisemitism together.
During this time, CAM en Español has emerged as a key player in the battle against Jew-hatred in Latin America, with a growing coalition involved in impactful activities in countries including Uruguay, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Panama, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Mexico, Ecuador, Bolivia, and Honduras, among others.
CAM en Español has organized regional summits in Brazil in 2025, Costa Rica in 2024, Uruguay in 2023, Panama in 2022, and Guatemala in 2021, with the Dominican Republic next in line later this year.
