Learn How to Identify and Counter Holocaust and Genocide Distortion in Southeast Asia
The “Never Again” Association — supported by the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) and the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) — is hosting this week an interactive virtual workshop on identifying Holocaust and genocide distorting in southeast Asia and how to counter it with interfaith dialogue.
The hour-and-a-half Zoom event begins at 2:30 PM New Delhi time (5 AM EDT) on Thursday, September 2nd.
Moderating the discussion is the Venerable Lablu Barua (Thirasattho), a PhD candidate in Peace Studies at Buddhist Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University in Thailand.
Speakers include Jeremy Jones, director of international and community affairs for the Australia/Israel & Jewish Affairs Council and senior contributing editor for the Australia Israel Review; and Ellen Korman Mains, a senior Buddhist meditation teacher.
