Register for ‘Justice for Sarah Halimi: An International Movement Is Born’ Virtual Event
In recent weeks, an international movement has arisen demanding justice for the murdered French Jewish woman Sarah Halimi.
The Halimi family, French Jewish community, and good people of conscience from around the world have taken to the streets and social media to voice their outrage over the unfathomable French court decision to excuse Halimi’s antisemitic killer, Kobili Traoré, from trial due to his consumption of marijuana the night of his barbaric crime.
A collective effort is now needed to ensure that no Jew in France is ever again denied the justice as the bereaved Halimi family has. To harness the collaborative energy required for this vital mission, the Representative Council of French Jewish Institutions (CRIF) and the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) will hold a special virtual event — under the banner of “Justice for Sarah Halimi: An International Movement Is Born” — on Monday, May 24, at 7 PM Paris time (1 PM EDT), bringing together a diverse array of distinguished cultural, legal, political, and religious leaders in a show of global solidarity and strength in the fight against Jew-hatred.
Join us to learn more about the Halimi case and find out what we can do, together, to ensure no Jew in France will ever again be denied justice as the Halimi family has.
