‘Kanye 2024’: Man Attacked in New York’s Central Park by Assailant Making Antisemitic Statements
A 63-year-old man was attacked in Manhattan’s Central Park last Wednesday by an assailant making antisemitic remarks, the New York City Police Department (NYPD) said.
A 63-year-old victim suffered lacerations and a chipped tooth after being assaulted by this perpetrator inside Central Park.
Numerous anti-Jewish statements were made prior to the assault.

The victim was hit in the back of the head and suffered a chipped tooth and a broken hand after he fell to the ground, according to media reports.
The assailant, said to be in his 40s, fled the scene by bike.
Among other statements, he reportedly exclaimed, “Kanye 2024” — a reference to U.S. rapper Kanye “Ye” West, who has drawn widespread rebuke for a slew of antisemitic rhetoric he has unleashed in recent months in multiple online posts and media interviews.
