Nova music festival survivor and CAM Public Affairs Officer Natalie Sanandaji traveled to Park City, Utah, last weekend to take part in an Israeli solidarity event held on the sidelines of the Sundance Film Festival.
Speakers at the gathering included October 7th survivors, freed hostages, and family members of Israelis still held captive by Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
While in Park City, Sanandaji was interviewed on the street by actress and prominent pro-Israel activist Noa Tishby.
“I met with a Nova survivor while at the Sundance film festival,” Tishby wrote in an Instagram post. “On October 7th, @nataliesanandaji was supposed to be listening to the sunrise set at Nova, but instead she woke up to rockets being fired at Israel. She ran for hours away from Hamas terrorists and was eventually saved by a hero, Moshe from Patish. Moshe and his son saved hundreds of lives that’s day. And ever since then Natalie has been sharing her story and speaking up for those who can’t.
