The Antisemitism Research Center (ARC) of the Combat Antisemitism Movement constantly tracks antisemitic incidents worldwide. These are the ten most shocking it documented in April 2026.
Australia: One Nation Candidate Promotes Holocaust Denial and Antisemitic Tropes Online
On April 1, an ABC Australia investigation revealed that Tyler Green, a One Nation candidate in the South Australian seat of Mawson, published more than a dozen antisemitic, racist, and homophobic posts on social media over six years. In a December 2020 post, Green wrote: “We need to stop fighting Jewish bankster wars!” In another post, responding to a news report about Jewish groups raising concerns over a neo-Nazi rally in Melbourne, he wrote: “These pesky Judeans are something else.” In October 2020, he promoted the Holocaust denial book The Six Million: Fact or Fiction?, which claims the murder of six million Jews is “an utterly evil conspiracy,” writing that he had “always liked this book on holocaust.”
One Nation declined to answer questions about Green. The revelations raised fresh questions about the party’s candidate vetting processes as it surged in popularity ahead of upcoming elections across Australia.
Turkey: Hundreds Fly Hamas Flags at Istanbul Demonstration
On April 3, hundreds of demonstrators gathered in Üsküdar, Istanbul, flying Hamas flags in open support of the mass murder of Jews in Israel. Israeli-Turkish relations have been strained since the 2010 Mavi Marmara flotilla incident, when Israeli commandos intercepted a Turkish vessel attempting to break the Gaza blockade, killing ten Turkish activists. Tensions escalated sharply after October 7, 2023. Turkey has hosted Hamas leaders and its president has repeatedly compared Israel to Nazi Germany.

United States: NYC Mental Health Professional Harasses Jews, Calling Them ‘Baby Killers’
On April 6, Jennifer Koonings, a psychiatric nurse practitioner affiliated with Inspire Mental Health Services in Manhattan, filmed herself approaching Israeli tourists sitting in Times Square and shouting “baby killers,” “f*ck Israel,” calling them “terrorists” and “disgusting,” and declaring “we don’t want you here.” The tourists were not engaged in any confrontation. At one point, a bystander in a Spider-Man costume told Koonings “you don’t need to harass people.” Koonings responded: “Shut the f*ck up, Spider-Man.”
Inspire Mental Health Services terminated her employment. Koonings had posted the video herself with the caption “make baby killers uncomfortable again.” She then posted a screenshot of her termination email and wrote that she “would still shout BABY KILLERS at IOF MURDERERS again!!!” This was not the first time she was fired over antisemitic incitement. In 2024, she was dismissed from Mount Sinai Hospital after publicly doubting Hamas’s mass rape of Israeli women on October 7.
United States: Antisemitic Conspiracy Theory Flyers Posted Around Santa Monica
On April 10, antisemitic conspiracy theory flyers were posted around Santa Monica, California, alongside “Free Gaza” stickers. The flyers featured a Star of David surrounded by the names of Jewish individuals, including members of the Rothschild family and Jeffrey Epstein, under the words “Israel Mossad Zionists” and “EVIL,” reproducing classic antisemitic conspiracy theories. The incidents were reported to CAM through its Report It Now app, which you can download on the the Apple Store or Google Play.

Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City Cafe Displays Sign Saying ‘We Don’t Serve Zionists’
On April 10, a café in Ho Chi Minh City called Reading Cabin displayed a handwritten sign reading “WE DON’T SERVE Zionists or those in support of Genocide.” The “Z” in “Zionists” was drawn as a swastika, leaving no ambiguity about the ideology behind the policy.
The sign did not only echo the exclusion notices that barred Jews from shops and restaurants across Europe in the 1930s. With a swastika embedded in the word, it replicated them.
Canada: ‘Rape Is Resistance, Free Palestine by Any Means Necessary’ Sticker Found in Toronto
On April 13, a sticker reading “RAPE IS RESISTANCE / FREE PALESTINE BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY,” printed on a Palestinian flag design, was found posted on a street in Toronto. The sticker appeared in a city that recorded four antisemitic attacks on Jewish institutions in the same month. The sticker glorified the sexual violence committed against Israeli women and girls on October 7, 2023.
Portugal: ‘Death, Death to the IDF’ Graffiti Spotted in Costa Da Caparica
On April 13, “DEATH, DEATH, TO THE IDF” was spray-painted in large red letters on a surface in Costa da Caparica, Portugal.
United Kingdom: Arson Attack at Finchley Reform Synagogue in London
On April 15, two masked individuals placed firebombs near a window at Finchley Reform Synagogue and threw a brick at them. The devices failed to ignite, and no damage occurred. No one was injured. Authorities arrested two suspects, 47-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man, in connection with the attack on suspicion of arson endangering life.
Brazil: Weapons and Nazi Memorabilia Found in Terror Suspect’s Home
On April 21, Brazilian judicial police arrested a terror suspect hours before a planned attack on children and teachers in an interior city in Rio Grande do Sul state. Officers searched the suspect’s home and found a Nazi flag, a portrait of Adolf Hitler, SS insignia, skull imagery, and the weapons intended for the attack. It was the first flagrant arrest for terrorism in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. “At least that day, we saved lives,” wrote the police officer who led the operation. “The children and teachers in that city did not know how close they came.”
Estonia: Holocaust Memorial Vandalized in Ereda
On April 22, vandals extensively damaged the Holocaust memorial at the site of the Ereda concentration camp in Ida-Viru County, Estonia, where thousands of Jews were murdered by the Nazis between 1941 and 1944. The monument was dented, several pieces broken off, and its fastenings bent. The Israeli Embassy in Estonia condemned the destruction, calling it a manifestation of growing antisemitism and “a real movement that would seek to erase history and attack Jews.”
The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) Working Definition of Antisemitism, adopted by over 1,300 entities worldwide, exists precisely to identify incidents like these. Every one of the ten incidents documented above falls within it.
